Swine Flu

Swine flu is here! :( Shots/vaccines are recommended. The virus they inject is partially dead, not living. It's better then getting the flu.
* Remember: Even after 7-10 days after you have had the flu, the flu can still spread!
How to avoid:

• Make sure you get lots of Vitamin C!
• Always wash your hands with soap!
• Cough or sneeze on your sleeve, not hand!

If you do have the swine flu, stay indoors.
